Creates a text bubble and places it as a new layer at the top-left corner of the image ready for you to shift into a final position. The bubble size is set by the text size but there are options for Bubble Shape, Pointer Type and Pointer Orientation, adjustment for Outline Size and choices for Outline and Bubble Color as well as an optional Drop Shadow.
