  5. how do u locate this in gimp?

    • The menu location in GIMP can be found by clicking the “Details” option for each script listed on this site. For this script it’s:
      Filters/Render/3D Extrusion

    Hi GnuTux,

I wanted to report a bug with the 3d Extrusion script.
The option to ‘Merge Extrusion’ does not work. That is to say, the script always merges no matter whether you uncheck the option.

    Regards

    • It’s not a bug. That option simply merges the selected layer with the extrusion layer, whereas if not checked, the script creates a separate extrusion layer.

I saw no need to include a provision to keep each layer in the extrusion process.

  7. Can someone please tell me where do I install the .scm file; I’m running Windows 8.1; please?

  8. My computer can’t open the file. My computer is a mac os 10.10
